I found employment here in San Diego at a cafe. Trying to make the best of it, but happy thoughts aren't coming too fast right now. A cartoon is in demand during such times... Medium: ink and prisma color
You inspire me. I'm just some dude who lives in the chi, but you inspire me. I really hope that the truth of what that means makes you feel happy. Or at least lets you see some semblance of what happiness was and still will be (and more) when you pass through whatever dark time you're apparently in. (there's always a light up ahead, just be patient, breathe steady, and remember that you are loved). I prayed for you (prayer being something I haven't really done for a while) and meant every silly, sheepish thing I said (so in a year when you're a billionaire, or crowned queen of any small island of your choosing... you'll somewhat, sorta know who to thank). Seriously though, reading your words in this caption made me feel true sadness, and I was moved by that. I hope that you know that you are appreciated, even cherished, just for doing what I suspect you would be doing anyway, and for being honest about the whole process. Even if that "process" was just about spending some time being intentionally silly and original, if only for a while...
Thank you, dearest stranger, for making my life feel more full through your work. I hope your life is blessed, and the sun is shining.

Happiness is as happiness does. Hmmm heard that before somewhere.
It's still a kicker, but I know there are better things in store for you. Hang in there! Better days are ahead......
